A darker kind of discovery

Our showcase line-up puts Nightfall Stout and Midnight Thunder Imperial Stout in the spotlight. Think of them as an invitation to explore the darker end of the beer shelf, from the familiar comfort of a stout to the bigger character of an imperial style.

Take your time with the first sip. Notice the aroma, the texture and how the finish changes as the glass loses its chill. You do not need a tasting vocabulary to know what you enjoy.

Keep the table simple

A small plate of chocolate brownies makes an easy starting point for a stout pairing. The best part is comparing notes with a friend, then getting back to whatever you were talking about before the beer arrived.
