It starts with curiosity.
At Lightning, we’re curious about what makes a beer worth coming back to. A clean lager finish. A bright hop aroma. The depth of a dark, roasted malt.
Our core lineup gives those favourites a home. Seasonal releases leave room to explore. Together, they make a range for familiar tastes and new discoveries.
The beer brings us together.
A table of friends, something good to eat and a beer you’re happy to recommend. That’s the spirit of our brewpub. Pull up a chair and make yourself at home.
How we make the beer.
It starts with malt, hops, water and yeast. Malt builds the foundation, hops add aroma and bitterness, and fermentation brings each recipe to life.
From the clean finish of a lager to the citrus notes of an IPA or the roasted depth of a stout, each style gives us something different to explore.
Get to know the range at our taproom. Ask about the beers, follow your taste and find your next favourite pour.
