Food Truck Fridays at the Taproom

Our Taproom isn’t just about great beer—it’s also about great food. Every week, we partner with local food trucks to bring fresh flavors right to our door. One of our favorites is the classic Fish & Chips Truck, serving crispy golden fish with hand-cut fries that pair perfectly with a pint of Lightning Lager.

By collaborating with rotating food trucks from around the city, we keep the experience new and exciting—so there’s always something different on the menu when you visit. It’s our way of supporting local businesses while giving our guests more reasons to stop by and stay awhile.
